Raymon Tomale

Raymon Tomale is the current Regional HR & Admin Manager at Comrise Technology. Prior to this, they were the HR and Admin Manager at Risewave Consulting, Inc. from December 2017 to September 2019. In this role, they oversaw, conducted, and maintained Risewave operations and ensured reliable, professional, and efficient service delivery to staff, clients, and inter-company requirements. Raymon also developed and maintained HR professional work force to support business operations and inter-company requirements.

Tomale has a wealth of experience in developing various HR plans and procedures, managing the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in conjunction with Comrise U.S. and China, conducting recruitment efforts, new employee orientations, exit-interviews, monitoring performance management system, career pathing, and managing employee relationships. Raymon has also conducted Performance Evaluations and Salary reviews, organized continuous internal and external Training Programs, ensured employee records are completed and regularly updated, overseen monthly payrolls and supervised benefits administration. In addition, they have prepared weekly cash forecasts and expenses reports, anticipated requirements of office budgets, scheduled expenditures, monitored costs and analyzed variances.

Tomale is also responsible for ensuring compliance with the Labor Code and with Local Government requirements as well as ensuring that the regulatory required licenses & certificates renewal are properly monitored. Raymon supports facility management including office leasing contracts, security, access, utility bills, repairs & maintenance of fixtures and fittings. Raymon also oversees the front office

Raymon Tomale has a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Journalism from San Sebastian College - Recoletos de Manila.
