Brian Perreault

Brian Perreault is an experienced legal professional specializing in privacy and cyber security law. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel for Privacy at Comscore, Inc. since March 2021, Brian has previously held prominent roles, including Advisory Manager for Cyber Risk at Deloitte and Managing Partner at Perreault Law PLLC, a firm focused on cyber security and privacy law. As a Partner at Lydecker Diaz, Brian founded and co-chaired the Cyber Liability Practice Group, addressing key areas such as privacy, data security, and complex commercial litigation. Brian's career also includes positions as an Attorney at Boyd Richards Parker & Colonnelli, PL, a Claims Analyst at AIG, and an Intellectual Property Attorney at Maldjian & Fallon LLC, among others. Brian holds a JD/LLM in Intellectual Property, Commerce, and Technology from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems and Management from Bryant University.
