Heather Gioia

Heather Gioia, SPHR, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Comscore, Inc. since December 2022. Previously, Heather held similar roles at Willis Towers Watson, where support extended to a global business of over 2,000 employees and included managing COVID-related projects and annual reviews, among other responsibilities. Prior experience includes positions as a Human Resources Generalist at Sabra Dipping Company, overseeing HR functions for over 800 hourly employees, and a Human Resources Manager at Design and Production Incorporated in a union environment where comprehensive HR processes and relationships were developed. Heather also worked at Willis Towers Watson as a Senior Human Resources Administrator, managing a North American HR call center and leading HR systems initiatives. Educational background includes a BA in Communication from George Mason University.
