Michelle Larkin

Michelle Larkin is a seasoned recruitment professional with over two decades of experience in diverse hiring environments. Since May 2012, Michelle has served as the Lead Corporate Recruiter at Comscore, Inc., where responsibilities include recruiting for various non-technical positions nationwide and managing a team of recruiters while focusing on building a diverse workforce. Prior to this role, Michelle worked as a Contract Recruiter for several Northern Virginia companies, specializing in large-scale recruiting projects. As a Senior Recruiter at Freddie Mac from April 2004 to April 2010, Michelle managed staffing activities across multiple departments and locations. Earlier experience includes roles at CSC-Computer Sciences Corporation, where Michelle helped develop employee reassignment services, and at Cox Communications, where Michelle was involved in recruiting and interviewing prospective employees.
