Sara Dunn

Sara Dunn is the Chief People Officer at Comscore. Sara has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, specializing in HR strategy, talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning.

Sara started their career at AOL in May 2000 as an HR Director. In this role, they collaborated with Business Partners in the Corporate Services function on a variety of complex HR matters. Sara also consulted with senior-level leaders, providing tools, knowledge, and counsel needed to drive business objectives.

In March 2010, Sara left AOL to join Comscore as the Chief People Officer. In this role, they are responsible for leading Comscore’s human resources team and overseeing all HR functions.

Sara has been recognized for their outstanding work in the field of Human Resources. In particular, they were awarded the ‘Chairman’s Integrity Award’ for their ethics and integrity. Sara has also served as an HR subject matter expert and advisor on various sensitive company initiatives, including reorganizations, reductions-in-force, and due diligence for sales and acquisitions.

Sara Dunn completed their undergraduate studies at Cornell University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Labor Relations.
