Uriel Yair

Uriel Yair has a diverse work experience in the field of cybersecurity and information technology. Uriel started their career as a Mainframe operator at Mamram, where they eventually became a Team Leader. Uriel was responsible for leading soldiers, coordinating with colleagues and completing projects. Uriel then joined Bank Hapoalim as a Mainframe and Control-M/EM Operator, where they handled computerized systems and batch programs. Uriel also worked at Telmo as a Co-Founder and CTO, where they designed and maintained a saas solution. After that, they joined HUB Security as an Application Security Architect Team Lead, specializing in unique cyber security solutions. Currently, Uriel is working at Comsec as an Application Security Tech Lead and Team Leader, responsible for identifying and resolving potential vulnerabilities and security risks. Additionally, they have experience teaching as a Teaching Assistant at Holon Institute of Technology and mentoring as a Cybersecurity Mentor at StandWithUs.

Uriel Yair completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Tel Aviv University in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Computer Science from Holon Institute of Technology between 2016 and 2019. Uriel also participated in the Computer Science – Academia and Industry program at Davidson Institute of Science Education, Weizmann Institute of Science, from 2008 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, they earned several certifications including The Web Developer Bootcamp - Full stack and SQL MySQL Bootcamp from Udemy in 2020, Python 3 Bootcamp from Colt Steele - Udemy in 2019, CCENT (Cisco) in 2008, and A+ IT Technician from CompTIA in 2007.
