Alec Candiotes

Alec Candiotes serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Comsol since May 2010, overseeing the finance and human resource functions with a team of 20 finance professionals. Previously, Alec held the positions of Chairman of the Board of Directors and Financial Controller at Ele-Spec CC from January 2006 to February 2012, where significant contributions included a 300% growth in turnover and the implementation of various financial systems and controls. Alec's career began at PwC South Africa, progressing from completing articles to the role of Manager over five years. Education includes a Master's degree in Taxation and a BCom Honors in Accounting Sciences from the University of Pretoria, complemented by a Matric from Afrikaans High School for Boys.
