Tim Luce is an experienced construction professional with a comprehensive background in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as a Construction Superintendent at Comstock Homes since March 2014, Tim has previously held key positions including Construction Manager at City Ventures, LLC, and Owner of TLC Construction, specializing in remodeling, additions, and repairs. Tim's career also includes significant experience as an Area Construction Manager at Centex Homes, overseeing new home and multifamily project construction, as well as several superintendent roles at Larwin Company, Shamrock/Voss, and Voss Construction, focusing on the construction of high-end condominiums and new homes. Tim Luce holds a Certificate in Construction Technology from Ventura College.
