Ben Eves

Ben Eves has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Ben is currently working as the Director of Reporting and Analytics at Westcon-Comstor since January 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Business Intelligence Director at Travelport from December 2018 to January 2021 and Business Intelligence Manager (C&MO) from August 2016 to November 2018.

Before joining Travelport, Ben worked at Whistl UK Ltd from August 2011 to July 2016 as the Business Intelligence Manager (Central Operations), where they were responsible for managing and growing the UK-based Central Operations BI Team. Ben played a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying reporting systems to track and assess operational performance. Ben also contributed to the development and maturity of BI from data warehouses and had joint ownership of the shared service budget for new BI requirements.

Prior to Whistl UK Ltd, Ben worked at TNT Post UK (now Whistl UK Ltd) as the Central Operations Manager from January 2000 to August 2011.

Before their managerial positions, Ben worked at Supasnaps as the Category Buyer (Photography) from 1997 to 2000 and at APS Promotional Marketing as the Buying Executive (Marketing Merchandise) from June 1996 to January 1997.

Ben Eves attended Farnborough College of Technology from 1994 to 1996, where they studied Business Studies with a focus on Video, Graphics, and Animation. Prior to that, from 1992 to 1994, they studied 5 A-Levels Grades B-C at East Berkshire College in Windsor. In terms of additional certifications, Ben has obtained various certifications in data science, analytics, agile methodology, and communication skills from institutions such as Skillsoft, Google, Scaled Agile, Inc., Qlik, and Dale Carnegie.
