Daniel Hurel

Daniel Hurel has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology distribution industry. Daniel started their career at Lycée de Saint Benoît - île de La Réunion as a maths and electronics teacher. Daniel then worked as a technical engineer at LECO before moving to Anixter, where they held multiple positions, including inside sales, director of sales, product manager, and director of marketing. After that, they joined Westcon Security as an executive general manager for over 12 years. Daniel then transitioned to Westcon-Comstor, where they served as the area sales leader for Southern Europe, the general manager for South Europe and North Africa, VP Sales - Comstor Security Europe, and currently holds the role of Vice President Westcon EMEA – Cyber Security & Next Gen Solutions.

Daniel Hurel attended École Militaire de Saint Cyr - Coëtquidan from 1988 to 1989. Daniel also studied at Lycée du Tampon from 1982 to 1984 and earned a BTS degree in Electronics.
