Oliver Trujillo

Oliver Trujillo has a diverse and extensive work experience in various IT roles. Oliver began their career at Central America Beer Corporation as a Senior Analyst and Programmer, where they developed applications for different business categories. Oliver then worked at Avon Products in Guatemala for nine years, holding roles such as Development Lead, Business Analyst, Senior Programmer, and DBA. Oliver played a crucial role in evaluating new systems and coordinating legacy systems. Oliver later moved to Avon Products Inc in New York, USA, where they served as a Manager and Senior Manager, leading the development of IT and business strategies for order management, billing, and e-commerce. Oliver also provided expertise on new digital initiatives and played a key role in Avon's service model transformation. Recently, Trujillo joined Westcon-Comstor as the Director of Customer Technology Development, leading development teams in the implementation of new digital transformation strategies, including the implementation of an e-commerce platform and Microsoft Dynamics 365 for CRM. Throughout their career, Trujillo has consistently demonstrated strong project management skills and a focus on driving digital transformation and optimizing customer efficiency.

Oliver Trujillo holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Mariano Gálvez University - Guatemala, obtained from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they earned a Master's Degree in Computer Science oriented to Finance and Banks from the same university, from 1999 to 2002. Oliver also completed a Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering and Computer Science from Mariano Gálvez University - Guatemala, spanning from 1992 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Digital Transformation, Learning Dynamics 365, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Negotiating Your Job Offer, and Project Management Professional (PMP), acquired between 2018 and 2019 from various institutions such as LinkedIn and Aden Business School.
