Sylvie Acra

Sylvie Acra is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales operations, customer service, and training. Currently serving as an Internal Systems Training Specialist at Westcon-Comstor since August 2018, Sylvie focuses on order management, customer support, and relationship management. Previously, Sylvie worked at Yara International as a Customer Service Specialist, handling order processing and customer concerns, and at Qlik as a Revenue Accountant, where responsibilities included order processing and enforcing revenue recognition policies. Additionally, Sylvie has managerial experience from Red Apple Apartments, overseeing customer service and marketing functions, and began a career in sales support at Opsis AB. Sylvie holds a Master of Science in International Marketing and Brand Management from Lund University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and Marketing from Concordia University.
