Martijn Boot

Martijn Boot has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Martijn is currently working as the Head of Legal, General Counsel, and Company Secretary at Brocacef. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all legal affairs of the Brocacef Group N.V. group of companies. Prior to this, Martijn worked as the Head of Legal, Company Secretary, and member of the Group Exco at Curaeos, where they had ultimate responsibility over all legal affairs of the company's group, which serves over 1 million patients in various dental industries. Martijn also has experience as the General Counsel and Company Secretary at NV Deli Maatschappij, where they were responsible for the legal affairs of the company's Pan-European group of companies. Additionally, Martijn has worked as a Legal Counsel at NV Deli Maatschappij and as an Attorney at Law at Van Harmelen Beijneveld Van Houten. Martijn started their career as a Paralegal at Notariskantoor Jaquet, where they provided support for the Corporate Law and Real Estate Law departments.

In 1989, they obtained their VWO diploma from F. Kalsbeek S.G.

From 1995 to 2002, they attended Leiden University and earned a LLM degree, specializing in Company Law and Civil Law.

In 2002, they passed the Bar Exam and became an Attorney at Law, certified by the Dutch Bar Association.

From 2006 to 2007, they underwent professional training as a Corporate Legal Counsel at the Dutch Association of corporate legal counsels - SBB.

In 2013, they completed an advanced course on Trademarks and Designs Law at Leiden University's post academic training program.

In 2014, they attended the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, where they completed a course in Finance for non-financial managers.
