Danielle Klompmaker, PMP®, is a project controls leader with over 9 years of experience in the nuclear industry. Currently, Danielle is establishing a Project Management Office within New Brunswick Power's Small Modular Reactor team, focusing on developing key processes such as the gated process and cost and schedule integration. Previously, Danielle played a crucial role in Ontario Power Generation's $12.8 billion Darlington Nuclear Refurbishment Project, where significant contributions included transitioning to EcoSys Enterprise Project Performance software and creating training materials for project teams.
