Al Saylor

Al Saylor has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Al started their career in 2008 as a Lean Six Sigma Champion at ITT Inc. and later served as the Global Director of Xylem Management Systems and Lean Six Sigma at Xylem Inc. In 2015, they became the Vice President of Continuous Improvement, Risk Management, and Quality at Lincoln Financial Group. Al then went on to work as the Global Director of Enterprise Vectrus and Quality at VECTRUS SYSTEMS CORPORATION. In 2019, they founded Leap Forward, LLC and also served as the Business Operations Manager at ATC. Al then worked as a Consultant at SA Partners Inc before becoming the Tecomet Business System Regional Director at Tecomet, Inc. Currently, they hold the position of Corporate Director of Operational Excellence at Comtech Telecommunications Corp.

Al Saylor earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from ITT Technical Institute in Indianapolis. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma, including a Master Black Belt from Textron in 2006 and a Black Belt (ICBB) from Textron in 2005.
