Donavan Wells

Donavan Wells is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience in telecom operations and systems engineering. Currently serving as Manager of Telecom Operations at Comtech Telecommunications Corp. since February 2018, Donavan oversees a team of engineers dedicated to supporting SBCs and 911 network systems. Prior roles include Systems Engineer Team Lead and Customer Support Engineer at Metaswitch Networks, where rapid advancement followed initial commissioning responsibilities. Donavan's early career involved directing technical services as the Director of Technical Services at 1stel and deploying voice/data services as a Network Installation Agent. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Southwestern Adventist University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Burman University.
