Ken Traub is the Chairman, President and CEO of Comtech Telecommunications Corp. (NASDAQ: CMTL). They joined the board of Comtech on October 31, 2024, became Executive Chairman on November 27, 2024, and assumed President and CEO responsibilities on January 13, 2025. They have over 30 years of experience as a chairman, CEO, director and active investor with a demonstrated record of accomplishment in driving strategic, financial, operational and governance improvements. They earned a BA from Emory College in 1983 and an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1988.
