Lisa Matthew

Lisa Matthew, AM. APMP has a strong background in business development and proposal management. Lisa has over 20 years of experience in the field, with their most recent role being the Director of Strategic Proposals at Comtech Telecommunications Corp. In this role, Lisa was responsible for managing business development, marketing communications, and proposal development for government, international, and commercial customers. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Proposal Manager at TeleCommunication Systems Inc, where they managed proposals and projects company-wide. Lisa also has experience as a Business Development Manager at Multimax, where they led multiple winning proposals and managed teams of technical experts and teaming partners. Lisa started their career as a Business Development Coordinator at RGII Technologies and then worked as a Proposal Coordinator at Lear Siegler Services, Inc. Throughout their career, Lisa has demonstrated a strong ability to meet deadlines, ensure compliance, and present compelling proposals to win more business.

Lisa Matthew, AM, APMP attended Prince George's Community College from 1988 to 1991, where they studied Graphic Design. In 2011, they obtained the APMP Foundation Level certification from the Association of Proposal Management Professionals.
