Michael Harter is a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst at Deloitte since April 2024 and a Joint Cyber Analysis Course Instructor at Comtech Telecommunications Corp. since October 2023. Previously, Michael served as a Military Intelligence Specialist in the US Navy from March 2016 to May 2023, where responsibilities included providing intelligence analysis and indications and warnings to leadership, as well as serving as a Cyber Threat Analyst focusing on malicious cyber actor tactics. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Cybersecurity from the SANS Technology Institute and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance at the University of Maryland Global Campus, expected to complete in August 2024, along with an Associate of Arts in General Studies obtained between September 2020 and December 2021.
