Molly Falls

Molly Falls, PMP, ENP, currently serves as the Director of Technical Program Management at Comtech Telecommunications Corp. since March 2022. Prior to this role, Molly held the position of Senior Technology Specialist at Mission Critical Partners, Inc. from June 2017 to March 2022, where leadership was provided to national, state, and regional 911 programs, focusing on public safety initiatives. From May 2013 to June 2017, Molly functioned as the Director of Operations and Deployments at West Corporation (formerly Intrado), overseeing teams managing sensitive address data and enhancing customer experience. Earlier experience at Intrado included roles as Senior Program Manager, Manager of Product Support and System Administration, and Supervisor of Operations Support, with responsibilities ranging from managing next generation 9-1-1 implementations to operational customer satisfaction. Molly holds a Master’s degree in Information and Communication Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary and Special Education, both from Ball State University.
