Shawn DeGraw is a highly experienced Quality Assurance Tester with over 20 years in the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently employed at Comtech Telecommunications Corp. since September 2014, Shawn has a strong background in testing and verification of location-based emergency services equipment and has held various quality assurance roles across notable companies such as Verizon Wireless, TeleCommunication Systems, and Nokia Siemens Networks. With a B.S. in Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University, Shawn has developed expertise in regression testing, fault insertion, and system performance in complex telecommunications environments. Throughout the career, Shawn has consistently contributed to the successful deployment of software and hardware systems while ensuring high standards of quality and reliability.
