Stephanie Watson

Stephanie Watson is an experienced project manager and customer experience professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades in telecommunications and customer service. Currently employed at Comtech Telecommunications Corp. since September 2025, Stephanie has previously held positions such as Customer Experience Manager at KORE Wireless, and Project Manager at Lumen Technologies, where leadership was provided to cross-functional teams for project support and improvement initiatives. Previously, at Frontier Communications, roles included Sales Project Lead and Network Operations Supervisor, focusing on business growth, training, and process improvements. Earlier experience includes positions at Time Warner Cable as a Call Center Supervisor and Foster Care/Adoption Caseworker at Urban League of Rochester. Stephanie holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Medaille University and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Saint Augustine's College.
