Vishal Jain

Vishal Jain has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Vishal began their career as an Engineering Intern at Philips in 1997. Vishal then moved on to work as a Manager-Technology at Bhansali Cables & Conductors Pvt.Ltd, where they managed operations, production, and quality control. In this role, they automated the manufacturing facilities and successfully negotiated plant and machinery imports.

Following their time at Bhansali, Vishal worked as an Analyst-Marketing Planning & Analysis Group at Bertelsmann, where they designed new formats for direct mail acquisition reports and developed trend reporting for customer acquisitions and retention programs.

In 2001, they joined MVS Inc. as a Program Manager, focusing on business development. Vishal obtained certifications as a small business enterprise and acquired government contracting vehicles, representing the company in client meetings and business seminars.

In 2004, they became a Senior Consultant at First Consulting Group, Inc., providing program management support for projects such as My HealtheVet and Home TeleHealth at the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Vishal then joined Creative Computing Solutions, Inc (CCSi) as a Senior Consultant, taking on roles such as Requirements Manager for the Department of Education and Business Analyst for the Department of Veterans Affairs.

In 2006, they worked at Modis as a Project Manager, leading the development of business consulting offerings and launching initiatives on Green IT best practices.

Vishal's experience with TeleCommunication Systems began in 2009 when they joined as a Project Engineer and later became a Product Manager, responsible for customer relationships and release planning of messaging products.

Since 2012, Vishal has been at Comtech Telecommunications Corp., starting as a Product Marketing Manager for the Short Messaging Service Center product line. Vishal then progressed to roles such as Senior Manager Business Development, Director of Business Development, and most recently, Sr. Director of Business Development. In these positions, they developed global strategies, managed strategic partnerships, and consistently exceeded annual bookings quotas.

Vishal Jain holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Computer Information Systems from Hofstra University, which they obtained from 1999 to 2001. Vishal also earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electronics from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 1994 to 1998. Before that, they completed their high school education, receiving a High School Diploma with a focus on Sciences-Non Medical from New Era Public School in India from 1981 to 1994.
