Macarena Pacheco is a seasoned UX Research professional with extensive experience in leading research efforts and product development. Currently serving as a Senior UX Researcher at Común since July 2025, Macarena previously worked as a UX Researcher at Nu from February 2022 to July 2025 and at Multiplica from June 2021 to April 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Product Lead & Researcher at Homie, where Macarena led product development efforts from May 2018 to May 2021. Earlier career highlights include positions as Project Manager at Procter & Gamble and at FAY PUBLICIDAD. Macarena holds a Professional Program in User Experience from the University of California, Berkeley, and additional UX research training from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, alongside an academic background from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México.
