Tom Carleton

Mr. Carleton is responsible for the evaluation of all IT-related capabilities for pre-acquisition companies as well as the maturation of IT capabilities within Comvest portfolio companies post acquisition. Prior to joining OAG, Tom worked for Echo Health Ventures, formerly Mosaic Health Solutions – a wholly-owned subsidiary of Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC, where he led a team responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing and monitoring investments and acquisitions related to Health IT and analytics. In addition, he provided IT oversight and leadership to all Echo Health Ventures portfolio companies in the areas of organization, governance, compliance, process, security and technology.

Tom holds a BS in Management Information Systems with highest honors from Husson University in Bangor, Maine.
