Andrew Brace has extensive experience in production scheduling and supply chain management, with a focus on optimizing operations and reducing costs. At Mercury Marine, Andrew served as a Production Scheduler, where responsibilities included reviewing production plans, managing inventory control across multiple lines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product flow. Andrew also worked as a Supply Chain Management Contractor and Buyer, managing supplier relationships and supporting new product development. At Wacker Neuson, as a Strategic Buyer, Andrew led a successful transition to a new supplier, achieving significant annual savings while streamlining product offerings. Currently, Andrew holds the position of Senior Buyer at CON FORMS. Andrew's educational background includes an Associate's Degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Washington County and a Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
