Ryan Fay is a Quality Manager with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, beginning their career in 2011 after graduating from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology. Ryan has worked across multiple industries, primarily Automotive and General Industry, with a strong focus on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards. Ryan has progressed through various roles, starting as a QA Technician before moving into Production Management and eventually becoming a Quality Engineer. Currently, Ryan is honing their skills as a Quality Manager at CON FORMS, contributing to a leadership team while ensuring high-quality standards.
