Rohit Chougule

Rohit Chougule, CMIT, is currently the Director/Head of Preconstruction at Con-Real, LLC, where they lead estimating strategies and project delivery on multi-million-dollar projects in various sectors, including healthcare and education. With over 12 years of experience, Rohit specializes in value engineering, client engagement, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Prior to this role, they held multiple positions in project management and estimation, including at TATA Power, where they gained extensive expertise in site execution and quality maintenance. Rohit holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from Walchand College of Engineering and a Master's in Construction Management from The University of Texas at Arlington.
