Matt Lee has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Matt began their career as an Assembler at BFC, where they were responsible for the assembly of heavy-duty construction equipment. Matt then worked as an Assistant Leadman, supporting the line supervisor and training new employees, at McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing.

Matt's career progressed within McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing, where they took on the role of Leadman, managing inventories, scheduling, and safety practices. Matt later became the National Mixer Service Representative, travelling to diagnose and fix problems on heavy-duty trucks, providing troubleshooting guidance, and maintaining relationships with vendors.

Afterward, Matt served as the Branch and Call Center Support Manager, responsible for call center management, employee scheduling, and overall branch support at McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing. Matt also took on the role of Product Training Manager, ensuring technical training services and disseminating information to field service personnel.

Prior to their current position, Matt worked as a Fleet Manager at Rochester Ready Mix, overseeing the company's fleet. Currently, they are a Field Service Engineer at Con-Tech Manufacturing, where they provide direct customer support, troubleshoots and fixes heavy-duty mixer and refuse trucks, and designs electrical systems.

Throughout their career, Matt has demonstrated expertise in customer support, technical training, electrical systems, and management.

Matt Lee attended John Marshall Senior High School from 1990 to 1993. Afterward, they enrolled at Rochester Community and Technical College, where they pursued a general field of study from 1994 to 1995.
