Ruby Thomas

Ruby Thomas is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources management. Since 2017, Ruby has served as an HR Generalist at Lamb Weston, following an extensive tenure at ConAgra Foods since 2001, where Ruby held positions as both HR Specialist and HR Generalist. Ruby is adept at managing the salaried staffing process for over 50 positions within a 24/7 operational environment, overseeing various HR functions such as recruiting, interviewing, records retention, compliance training, and exit interviews. Additionally, Ruby collaborates as a Business Partner with Senior Management to implement plant-wide HR initiatives. Ruby completed studies in Legal Administration at ITT Technical Institute-Boise from 1983 to 1984.
