He has served as Chairman of CECP, Chairman of the Higher Ambition Leadeship Institute, and on a multitude of for-profit and non-profit boards. And he is the bestselling author of two books on leadership: TouchPoints co-authored with Mette Norgaard and The Blueprint co-authored with Amy Federman.
