Catherine Neumann

Catherine Neumann has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Catherine is currently the Head of Finance at DEFINE MEDIA GMBH. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Accounting EMEA at E2open from 2019 until 2021. In this role, they were responsible for building and managing an accounting organization across multiple European countries. Before joining E2open, Catherine worked as the Financial Controller EMEA at Planview, Inc. for four years. In this role, they oversaw financial reporting, payroll processing, and statutory compliance for various EMEA entities. Catherine also had experience in grant accounting at the University of Colorado Boulder and worked as a Financial Accountant at AO Foundation. Catherine's early career includes positions as a Customer Consultant and Assistant Branch Manager at Sparkasse Bühl.

Catherine Neumann completed their education with a focus on accounting and financial analysis, as well as international business and management, at the University of Colorado Boulder from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in bank business management assistant from Robert-Schumann-Schule between 2004 and 2006. In 2009, Catherine also earned a Certified Banking Specialist degree from Sparkassenacademy Baden-Württemberg. Catherine holds additional certifications, including a Certificate in Advanced English from the University of Cambridge obtained in 2013, a Business English Certificate Vantage from the same institution obtained in 2012, and a Bank Business Administrator certificate from Sparkassenacademy Baden-Württemberg obtained in 2009.
