Coss Marte is the Founder and CEO of CONBODY, a fitness studio that employs formerly incarcerated individuals to teach equipment-free exercise classes. During a transformative period in prison, Coss developed this innovative fitness program and has since dedicated their efforts to helping others achieve their fitness goals. Coss has also served as an Entrepreneur in Training with Defy Ventures, participated in numerous professional development initiatives, and contributed to Second Chance Studios as a Board Member. Additionally, they hold the position of Chief Executive Officer at CONBUD NY and Vice President of the Cannabis Retail Alliance of New York.
