Felix Lena holds a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Recreation Management from Florida International University and an Associate of Arts in Psychology from Miami Dade College. With extensive experience in sports management, Felix has been with CONCACAF since March 2016, currently serving as Senior Manager for Senior National Team Competitions after holding various roles including Event Manager and Event Coordinator. Felix's experience includes a recent position as Match Director for the FIFA U-17 World Cup in Indonesia in November 2023, and prior roles such as Match Coordinator for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 and Competition Manager for the Concacaf Qualifiers to the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. Additional notable roles include General Coordinator for the Caribbean Football Union Women's Challenge Series and managerial positions at Simons' Sportswear and Florida International University.

We are the Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Association Football (Concacaf). Concacaf is one of FIFA’s six continental confederations, servicing 41 Member Associations, from Canada in the north to Guyana, Suriname and French Guiana in the south. Concacaf means football first.
