Lance Vanhaitsma

Lance VanHaitsma serves as the Refereeing Technical and Development Senior Manager at CONCACAF since November 2019, after holding various managerial positions within the organization. Additionally, Lance is a member of the FIFA Referees Committee and a FIFA Futsal Technical Instructor. In other roles, Lance coordinates NCAA video education for soccer and has held senior operational leadership positions at the National Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association. Previous experience includes participation as a FIFA Futsal referee at major international events and a career in education as a professional educator in the School District of Palm Beach County. Lance holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Psychology from Western Michigan University.
