Maria Patch, MSN, RN, is a registered nurse with over a decade of experience in various healthcare settings. Currently serving as the Director of Community at Conceive since 2025, they provide strategic leadership and support to enhance patient experience. Previously, they held leadership positions in clinical education at CCRM Fertility and CCRM Management Company, where they developed onboarding programs and streamlined efficiencies across multiple locations. Maria's earlier roles included working as a pediatric oncology nurse and as the first RN at the CCRM Minneapolis site, contributing to program development and staff training. Throughout their career, Maria has focused on compassionate care and continuous improvement in healthcare practices.
