Alex Mihaes is currently the Director Adjunct for Divizia Est at CONCELEX, a position held since 2024. With a background in civil engineering, Alex previously served as a Project Manager at Target Building, CNO Techno Construct, and Melsam Construction, among others. Alex began their career as a Site Engineer at Constructii Erbasu from 2014 to 2016 and gained early experience as a Junior Project Manager at STRABAG between 2018 and 2019. Alex earned a Bachelor of Arts in Civil Engineering from Universitatea Tehnică de Construcții București, completing the degree in 2013.
