Daniel Baicu

Daniel Baicu is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the construction industry, currently employed at Concelex since October 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing project planning, execution, and completion while managing budgets, schedules, and resources. Previously, Baicu served as General Manager and Co-Owner of REFORT SRL for nearly two decades, directing operations and providing consultancy services for various construction projects. Earlier roles include Site Chief Engineer at Solel Boneh International Ltd., where significant projects included a major hotel construction, and Technical Director and Co-Owner at ACO SRL, focusing on custom construction solutions. Baicu's career began as a Junior Engineer at CCIB-Ag Bucharest, where foundational skills in construction engineering were developed following a Licență în Inginerie from Universitatea Tehnică de Construcții București.
