Aman Bathla

Aman Bathla is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and project leadership. Currently serving as Product Owner and Senior Manager at Concentrix Catalyst since December 2022, Aman oversees the research, design, and delivery of marketing solutions built on platforms such as Adobe Cold Fusion and Oracle. With a strong foundation established during tenure at Concentrix since January 2016, roles included leading DevOps practices and pioneering an Innovation Lab for emerging technologies. Previous experience at The Minacs Group involved managing OEM projects and ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective resource management and process improvements. Aman possesses a diverse educational background, including an Executive Program in Data Science from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Master's in Computer Applications from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
