Amit Devgon is currently an Associate Director of Transformation at Concentrix, a role held since 2021. Prior to this, they served as Director of Organizational Excellence at Sutherland Global Services from 2015 to 2021. Amit gained extensive experience at IBM, holding the positions of Manager of Delivery Excellence from 2001 to 2011 and Senior Manager of the Centre Rates Team until 2015.
