Andrew Bates

Andrew Bates has extensive experience in sales and account management, currently serving as Group Vice President at Concentrix since July 2018. Prior to this role, Andrew held the position of SVP Sales and Client Management at Conduit Global, where the focus was on providing cloud-based contact center and managed services across various industries. Andrew's career at Sykes spanned from 2000 to 2016, holding multiple leadership roles including Vice President of Sales and Client Services for Major Markets and Executive Director of Business Development. Earlier in their career, Andrew served as Program Director at Sykes Assistance Services from 1992 to 2000. Andrew Bates holds a degree from Western University and is currently pursuing executive education in Leading Innovative Change at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
