Andy Medcraft

Andy Medcraft is a seasoned Call Centre Professional with significant experience in hiring, training, coaching, and developing Contact Centre Agents and Managers. They served as a Senior Team Leader at Concentrix from 2015 to 2019, where they managed 7 Team Managers and 100 FTE across multiple campaigns, prepared reports for senior management, and implemented operational improvements. Prior to that, they held the role of Team Leader at Convergys Intelligent Contact from 2010 to 2015, where they successfully drove team performance and managed customer lifecycle activities. Andy also gained leadership experience as a Deputy Manager at Entrepreneurial Leisure Limited and as an Assistant Manager at Gatecrasher Group. They obtained a degree in Events Management from the University of Derby from 2006 to 2009.
