Angie Brummer

Angie Brummer currently serves as the Home Agent Site Director at Concentrix, a position held since October 2018. Prior to this role, Angie Brummer has been with Convergys since January 1989, progressing to the position of Director of Home Agent Operations, where responsibilities include overseeing operational and program performance within the Home Agent organization and managing cross-functional teams to achieve objectives. Additionally, Angie Brummer has served as a Program & Operations Leader, focusing on client relationship management and leading strategic business capture initiatives. Angie Brummer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, which was completed between 1981 and 1985, and attended Bellevue West Senior High School from 1979 to 1981.
