Anshuman Singh is a seasoned recruitment and human resource professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and employee relations. Currently serving as the Lead Recruitment Manager for Concentrix since April 2022, Anshuman is responsible for identifying high-performing talent and supporting recruitment efforts on a PAN India level. Prior experience at Teleperformance includes roles such as Deputy Manager Talent Acquisition and Senior Manager Talent Acquisition, where Anshuman managed manpower requirements for multiple sites and executed end-to-end recruitment for frontline workers. Anshuman holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Swami Vivekananda Subharti University, as well as a Postgraduate degree in Business Administration and Management.
