Bárbara da Costa

Bárbara da Costa is currently the HR Business Partner at Concentrix and has held the role of Culture & HR Manager at Minga London. Previously, they worked as a Senior Portuguese Language Specialist at Welocalize and completed HR traineeships at Universidade do Minho and SLIM Business Solutions. Bárbara holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and a Licentiate degree in Psychological Sciences, both from Universidade do Minho. With a passion for HR, they focus on building positive workplace environments and fostering employee engagement.
