Bram Downes

Bram Downes is a Senior Learning Experience Designer at Webhelp Nederland, where they integrate new systems and applications within the Netherlands region. Previously, Bram worked at Concentrix as a Corporate Trainer, where they trained customer service employees, developed training materials, and guided students in obtaining mandatory financial certification. They also served as a Call Center Agent and Coach and contributed to the Learning & Development team by designing e-learning and maintaining the Learning Management System for over 5,500 employees. Bram holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Communication from Hanzehogeschool Groningen.
