Prior to Concentrix, Caroline spent a decade at Convergys Intelligent Contact as a Management Development Trainer, focusing on training program design and delivery aligned with company strategy. Earlier in their career, Caroline served as the Training Manager at Bishopscourt Affinity Solutions, managing all induction and management development training. With a background that spans over two decades in training and quality assurance, Caroline is skilled in leadership development and strategic training initiatives.
