Chen Cipres

Chen Cipres is the WFM Group Director at Concentrix, bringing 15 years of expertise in workforce management, automation, reporting, and analytics across various power industries. Chen began their career as a System Analyst/Programmer and later led the MIS department at a manufacturing firm before transitioning into education as a college professor for eight years. They have held significant roles at Teleperformance, IBM, and Tech Mahindra, where Chen successfully managed extensive teams and processes. Chen holds both a Bachelor and Master of Science in Computer Science from AMA Computer University.
