Chris Merrick

Chris Merrick is a seasoned leader in solutions delivery and project management with extensive experience in the technology and customer experience sectors. Currently serving as Director of Solutions Delivery at Concentrix since October 2018, Chris oversees a talented team that manages the full software lifecycle across multiple channels, including IVRs and chat solutions, with resources based in the US and Hyderabad, India. Prior to this role, Chris held various positions at Convergys from November 1999 to January 2020, including Director of Client Services and Practice Lead of Americas PMO Project Managers, where responsibilities included strategic oversight and management of project teams across the Americas and AsiaPac. Chris holds a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University School of Business.
