Chris Palmer

Chris Palmer is an experienced executive in procurement and operations, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Global Procurement & Travel at Concentrix since December 2007, overseeing procurement functions across 30+ countries and managing over 50 professionals. Previously, Chris held the position of Vice President of Worldwide Operations at Concentrix, managing global contact center operations with over 3,000 agents. Prior to joining Concentrix, Chris spent a decade at Echostar Satellite LLC, where roles included Vice President of Customer Service Operations and Director of Business Operations, responsible for extensive call center operations and significant budgets. Chris's early career included positions in technical training and network operations management, demonstrating a robust background in customer service and technical support. Educational qualifications include studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1980 to 1982.
